Kathy Bendheim is a Senior Consultant at Impact for Education and uses her strong analytical and organizational development background to address social and educational issues. Her early career was spent in public accounting and management consulting with McKinsey & Co where she focused on telecom, energy and non-profit clients. Passionate about improving our country's public education system, she changed directions and created an education program for a K-8 school in Bridgeport, CT that won the local YMCA's Chairman's Award. At Clearpool, an education reform initiative in NYC, she led the operations of their second campus and the development department. A graduate of Texas A & M University and the Wharton School of Business, her most recent position was Executive Director of the White House Council for Community Solutions.
